Betsy Ross Koller, a nationally recognized artist who grew up in Morgan County, visited the band to unveil her original painting, “Morgan Marching Band Celebrates America,” created to celebrate Morgan County, 250 years of our nation’s history, and the proud tradition of the Morgan High School Band.
Flooring Certification Students and Instructors
Nationally certified flooring class through CFI that was also sponsored by GRIT and Belmont College.
Nine area students participated and received their 40-hour certificates in laminate flooring installation.
MHS Hot Dog Eating Champions
Congratulations to Morgan High School for being crowned the 2026 United Way of Muskingum, Perry, & Morgan Counties Hot Dog Eating Champion!
Morgan High School students and staff devoured an incredible 67 hot dogs in just 5 minutes to take home the title!
Planting with the Governor
As part of the festivities at the Appalachian Hills Visitor Center, Governor Mike DeWine and Fran DeWine planted a Swamp White Oak with the help of East Elementary School students.
