Dear Class of 2024 and 2025 Parent(s) or Guardian(s): To catch up classes who missed the trip due to Covid, I will be sponsoring a school board approved educational tour to Washington D.C. and Gettysburg, PA for interested students scheduled for June 8-11, 2022. I will be giving information about this on Thursday (see note at the top of this letter). The cost of the trip is $575.00 per person (based on quad occupancy for sleeping arrangements). For this price each student receives: 1. Round-trip transportation in a modern air-conditioned motor coach 2. Meals 3. Tour guides on each bus 4. Hotel accommodations for two nights 5. Admission to every sightseeing event 6. Complete liability and medical coverage 7. Nighttime supervision This program is complete and the tour costs cover everything with the exception of souvenirs and snacks. The trip is optional, but well worth the price. It will give the students the opportunity to see our government in action, appreciate our history, honor our heroes, and experience life in a big city. I hope your child will take this opportunity to travel to our nation's capital.
Payment Due Dates: The tour is being arranged and booked by Prodigy Student Travel LLC of Worthington, OH. Non-refundable deposit of $125.00 (amt/person) due on Friday, January 14, 2022 Payment due dates: Friday, February 25, 2022: $150.00 due Friday, March 11, 2022: $150.00 due Friday, May 6, 2022: $150.00 due All payments should be sent directly to Prodigy Student Travel.
